قبل اللبسBefore wearing
اغسلي إيدك بصابون ومياه وجففيها بفوطة نضيفة مش بتسيب وبر.Wash your hands with soap and dry them with a lint-free towel.
خلي أظافرك قصيرة قدر الإمكان — الظفر الطويل بيخربش العدسة.Keep your nails short — long nails can scratch the lens.
لبس العدسة قبل المكياج، وشيليها قبل ما تزيلي المكياج.Put lenses in before makeup, and take them out before removing makeup.
اتأكدي إن العدسة مش مقلوبة: المفروض تبقى شكل كوب، مش طبق بحواف طايرة.Check the lens isn't inside out — it should look like a bowl, not a saucer with flared edges.
التنظيف والتخزينCleaning & storage
استخدمي محلول عدسات مخصص — المياه مهما كانت نضيفة ممنوعة تمامًا.Use dedicated lens solution — never water, no matter how clean.
حطي العدسة في راحة إيدك، ضيفي نقط محلول، ودلكيها بلطف 10 ثواني لكل وش.Place the lens in your palm, add solution, and rub gently for 10 seconds per side.
غيّري المحلول في العلبة كل مرة تمامًا — التكميل فوق القديم بيلغي التطهير.Replace the solution in the case completely each time — topping up cancels disinfection.
اشطفي العلبة بالمحلول (مش بالمياه) وسيبيها تنشف مقلوبة.Rinse the case with solution (not water) and let it air-dry upside down.
غيّري علبة العدسات كل 3 شهور على الأكثر.Replace the lens case every 3 months at most.
مدة الاستخدام الآمنةSafe wear time
متلبسيش العدسات أكتر من 8–10 ساعات في اليوم.Don't wear lenses for more than 8–10 hours a day.
متناميش بالعدسات أبدًا — بتقلل الأكسجين الواصل للقرنية.Never sleep in lenses — they reduce oxygen reaching the cornea.
شيليها قبل الاستحمام أو السباحة.Remove them before showering or swimming.
المدة بتُحسب من أول ما تفتحي العلبة، مش من عدد مرات اللبس.Duration counts from when you first open the pack, not by how often you wear them.
إشارات لازم تنتبهي ليهاWarning signs
احمرار أو حرقان أو إحساس بجسم غريب — شيلي العدسة فورًا.Redness, burning, or a foreign-body feeling — remove the lens immediately.
ضبابية في الرؤية أو حساسية شديدة للضوء.Blurred vision or strong light sensitivity.
لو الأعراض استمرت بعد شيل العدسة، ده وقت زيارة دكتور عيون مش وقت تجربة.If symptoms persist after removing the lens, see an eye doctor — don't wait it out.

لأسباب صحية تخص سلامة العين، مفيش استرجاع أو استبدال بعد فتح العلبة.For eye-health reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once the pack is opened.
لو العلبة لسه مقفولة أو فيه عيب مصنعي، كلمينا على الواتساب فورًا ونحلها.If the pack is still sealed or there is a manufacturing defect, contact us on WhatsApp right away.
